We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Experience Consultant to join our call-centre team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls and making outbound calls to schedule vehicle service appointments.

Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to confirm or schedule service bookings
n
Provide accurate information about service offerings and availability
n
Maintain clear and detailed customer records in our system
n
Assist with filing, scanning, and maintaining service-related documents
n
Perform general administration tasks as required
n
n
Requirements
n
n
Previous experience in a call-centre environment will be highly regarded
n
Strong communication and customer service skills
n




Basic computer literacy and administrative experience
n
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting
n
