ABOUT THE ROLE
n
We are looking for an experienced Customer Solution Architect with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform to work on large-scale business transformation initiatives.
n
The ideal candidate should have extensive experience with Dynamics 365 CE, particularly Field Service, Customer Service, and Customer Insights, along with strong solution architecture, consulting, integration, Power Platform, and AI/Copilot experience.
n
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
n
n
Provide client consulting and technical advisory services.
n
Design and review solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
n
Work on large-scale Dynamics 365 CE implementations.
n
Define architecture across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, integrations, storage, reporting, and archiving.
n
Support governance, security, and low-code development initiatives.
n
Work with CI/CD pipelines and enterprise integration architecture.
n
Leverage AI tools and Copilot Studio for business-process transformation.
n
Perform technical troubleshooting and solution reviews.
n




Collaborate with senior stakeholders on AI and digital transformation initiatives.
n
Provide architectural guidance and support throughout implementation.
n

MANDATORY SKILLS
n
n
10+ years of qualified IT experience.
n
Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
n
Extensive hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Field Service.
n
Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Customer Insights.
n
Strong client consulting and advisory experience.
n
Strong understanding of Power Platform Governance and Security.
n
Experience with low-code development.
n
Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
n
Strong understanding of enterprise integration and storage optimization.
n
Experience with archiving and reporting.
n
Hands-on experience with AI tools and Copilot Studio.
n
Experience engaging with senior stakeholders on AI transformation initiatives.
n

ELIGIBILITY – STRICT REQUIREMENTS

Australian Permanent Residents, Temporary Residents, and work visa holders are not eligible.

Public-sector work-safety clearance (NV1) is mandatory.
n
Candidate must be willing to work in Sydney or Canberra.

Candidate must be comfortable with the hybrid work model and onsite requirements.

Candidate must be willing to use a personal computer for work, in line with the client's BYOD policy.
