Based in New South Wales, we operate some of Sydney's leading event and hospitality venues, including Le Montage, Conca D'Oro, Oatlands House and Curzon Hall, along with a collection of bars and cafés.

Kitchen Hand – Join Navarra Venues!

We are looking for reliable and hardworking Kitchen Hands with previous experience working in a commercial kitchen environment.
n
This role is suited to someone who understands the demands of a busy kitchen, particularly within events, functions, catering, hotels, restaurants or other high-volume commercial kitchens.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Assisting chefs with general kitchen duties
n
Washing and cleaning dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment
n
Maintaining a clean, organised and hygienic kitchen
n
Assisting with food preparation and basic kitchen tasks
n
Supporting the chefs and broader culinary team during busy service periods
n
Ensuring kitchen areas are kept clean and compliant with food safety standards
n




Assisting with receiving, storing and moving kitchen supplies when required
n
n
About You
n
To be considered for this position,
n
n
you must have previous experience as a Kitchen Hand in a commercial kitchen.
n
must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
n
must have right to work in Australia
n
n
