Diploma Educator – Full Time, Part Time or Casual

Cubbyhouse Montessori is looking for passionate and enthusiastic Diploma Qualified Educators to join our teams at both Spring Hill and The Gap.
We are looking for educators who are confident working with children, enjoy being part of a collaborative team, and are genuinely happy to work
later shifts
as part of their regular roster.
Our centres are open until 6:00pm, and permanent educators are expected to be flexible with their working hours and available to work across different shifts, including
later shifts finishing at 6:00pm
. This role is not suited to someone looking for a permanent fixed early/opening shift.
We are also looking for educators who are
open to and willing to embrace the Montessori philosophy
. Montessori experience is not essential — we are happy to support the right person in developing their understanding and practice.

Diploma Qualified Early Childhood Educator

Permanent educators must be flexible with their roster and
open to working late shifts finishing at 6:00pm
Permanent positions are not fixed to opening shifts
Casual educators can discuss their availability and preferred working days with us
Open to learning about and embracing the Montessori philosophy
Work collaboratively within our Montessori environment
Support children to develop independence, confidence and a love of learning
Plan and facilitate engaging experiences based around your interests and strengths
Opportunities to take
PE and sports sessions
, gardening activities, art experiences or other special-interest classes
Build positive relationships with children, families and fellow educators
Contribute to a warm,



respectful and nurturing environment
We Would Love to Hear From You If You
Hold a
Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care
or equivalent
Have a genuine passion for working with young children
Are energetic, enthusiastic and willing to get involved
Are
open to the Montessori philosophy
and interested in developing your Montessori practice
Enjoy sharing your personal interests and skills with children
Are particularly passionate about
sport, movement, gardening, art or creative activities
Are reliable and flexible with your availability
Are comfortable working across a variety of shifts, including
late shifts until 6:00pm
Value teamwork and enjoy being part of a supportive team
Montessori Training & Professional Development
For our permanent staff, subsidised
Montessori training
is available. This provides an opportunity to deepen your understanding of the Montessori philosophy and develop your confidence in bringing Montessori principles into your daily practice.
