Role Description
n
The Golf Instructor is a full-time, on-site role based at Precision Golf Cromer in the Greater Sydney Area. This role involves delivering high-quality golf instruction to players of all levels through private lessons, clinics, and group programs, using Trackman TM4 radar technology. Day-to-day responsibilities include private coaching, club and ball fitting, group clinics,



and some retail sales.

Qualifications
n
n
Strong Golf Instruction and Training skills, with the ability to coach players of varying experience levels.
n
Sound knowledge of Golf fundamentals and techniques, including swing mechanics, short game, and course strategy.
n
Experience working with Junior Golf programs, with a focus on safe, positive, and age-appropriate coaching.
n
PGA certification or equivalent coaching qualification is highly desirable.
n
TrackmanTM certification is a plus.
n
Fitting experience desirable, but in office training will be provided
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused and inclusive approach.
n
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required for coaching and events.
