Scope (Aust) is seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to provide person-centred support to participants with complex mental health and physical needs across Mittagong, Bowral and Moss Vale Day Program.
You will assist with personal care, mealtime support and use of specialised equipment, while promoting independence and safety.
The role requires flexibility for a rotating 24/7 roster, including sleepovers, and adherence to NDIS plans under clinical guidance.
