Wuchopperen Health Service seeks a dedicated Family Participation Convenor to support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families through Family Led Decision Making (FLDM) processes.
You will coordinate FLDM meetings, develop family plans, and ensure culturally secure engagement with diverse stakeholders across the Child Wellbeing program.
The role requires strong case management experience, excellent communication, and a commitment to self-determination principles.
