One Step Care Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to provide direct care within clients' homes across Victoria.
You will assist with daily living tasks, personal care, domestic duties, transport and community access, while following each client's Care Plan and Behaviour Support Plan.
The role emphasises dignity, respect, confidentiality and cooperative teamwork with families and health professionals.
A valid driver's licence and First Aid/ CPR are required.
