Job Description
We Care Staffing Solutions is seeking dedicated support workers or AINs to assist 24/7 clients in home and community settings across rural Australia.
You will support participants with complex care needs, including mental health challenges, and help them build independence in a home workplace.
The role requires experience with trauma-informed care, completion of relevant checks, and flexibility for shifts, including sleepovers, weekends and holidays.
