Odyssey Victoria is seeking a Youth AOD Practitioner for The Zone, a youth-focused AOD service in partnership with YSAS and Drummond Street.
You will deliver brief interventions, care planning, AOD counselling, harm reduction, and trauma-informed care for young people and families.
You will work in a resilience-based, non-residential program, coordinating with co-located and outreach services to ensure integrated care and positive health outcomes.
