Richglen Maintenance Services is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Shutdowns team in Mackay, Central Queensland.
This senior role oversees the delivery of major shutdowns and projects from planning through to close-out, with accountability for safety, quality, schedule, and commercial outcomes.
You will lead Superintendents, Supervisors and multidisciplinary project teams, manage budgets and client relationships, and ensure our work meets statutory and company standards.
