Programmed Maintenance Services in Melbourne is seeking a confident Credit & Collections Officer to manage a portfolio of small-medium business customers and support the credit team.
You will contact overdue accounts, negotiate payment arrangements, resolve billing queries, and maintain accurate notes while working across multiple systems.
You will also assist with debt recovery, disconnections and account investigations, collaborating with the broader team to optimise cash flow.
