Key responsibilities
Being the friendly face at the front counter
Helping tradies and customers with orders and enquiries
Answering phones and keeping things moving smoothly
Supporting the team with day-to-day warehouse/counter tasks
Keeping the front area organised and running like clockwork
About you
Has experience in trade wholesale, parts, or similar industries
Knows how to handle a busy counter with confidence
Is reliable, switched-on, and easy to work with
Preference for electrical/HVAC experience
