Fidler Industrial has an prospect for a highly motivated supervisor to lead maintenance outages across Bowen Basin sites. You will drive safety, build client relationships, and provide leadership on site.

You will coordinate teams, attend client meetings, and actively manage individual performance to improve outcomes for mining operations. A trade qualification and knowledge of draglines/rope shovels are advantageous.
