The Early Learning Manager (Centre Director) is
responsibleforensuring
the Clare Court service delivers a high-quality educationalprogram thatis responsive
tochildren,familiesand
thelocal community. Working closely with the Assistant Manager and
EducationalLeaders,theywill
lead,coachand develop their team ofeducators and teachers and nurture a positive work environment. Bringing leadership experience working in program, ideally as a Bachelor qualified teacher, the Manager is responsible for ensuring the service
isefficient,effectiveandsustainable.
Theywill join a group of experienced and dedicated Early Learning Managers acrossour 9 services, contributing to the continuous growth of theorganisation.
