You will shape a culture where wellbeing and learning are connected and lead the pastoral care framework across the Secondary School.
You will work with Year Managers, Counselling, Inclusive Education and College leaders to strengthen relationships, belonging and proactive support for students.
The role builds capability across staff and community partners.
