THE ROLE
n
Lead end-to-end fortnightly payroll processing for approximately ****+ employees
n
n
Manage, mentor and develop a payroll team of 3
n
Act as the escalation point for complex payroll queries and payroll matters
n
Ensure compliance with Fair Work legislation, Awards, Enterprise Agreements,



Superannuation and Taxation obligations
n
Oversee payroll audits, reconciliations, controls and reporting
n
Coordinate annual remuneration review processes
n
Own payroll systems, integrations and data integrity across HR and finance systems
n
Drive process improvements, automation and efficiencies
n
n
Lead payroll system upgrades, testing and enhancements
n
n
Partner closely with Finance, IT and People & Culture stakeholders to improve payroll outcomes
n
n
Maintain a high level of payroll service delivery and customer support across the business
n
THE PERSON
n
n
Extensive Australian payroll experience with strong end-to-end knowledge
n
n
Strong understanding of payroll legislation, Awards, Enterprise Agreements and compliance
n
Dayforce experience is highly regarded
n
Demonstrated process improvement and systems optimisation experience
n
n
High attention to detail and critical thinking capability
n
n
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
n
Full working rights as this is a permanent position
