Wages can also be negotiated depending on your level of experience.

Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday if required.
Key Responsibilities n
n
Conduct routine maintenance inspections on vehicles and identify potential issues or areas of concern.
n
Perform complex diagnostics to determine the cause of malfunctions or issues.
n
Carry out repairs and replacements on engines, transmissions, brakes, electrical systems, and other components.
n
Utilise specialised tools and equipment to efficiently troubleshoot and rectify issues.
n
Adhere to manufacturer specifications and guidelines while conducting repairs and maintenance.
n
Provide technical guidance and assistance to less-experienced team members when necessary.
n
Manage the everyday running of the workshop area and staff.
n
Order parts when required and manage inventory.
n
Answer phones and deal with customers, providing excellent customer service.
n
Requirements n
n
Relevant certification or trade qualification.
n
This role will require someone with a high level of trade experience working with heavy diesel engines and truck.
n
Current Manual HR Licence and Heavy Vehicle Driver's License.
n
Own tools are required.
n
Solid understanding of occupational health and safety practices within a workshop environment.
n
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
