Position: Salon Coordinator (Front of House Manager)
n Hours: Full-time, 4-day week (Tuesday–Saturday) — flexibility and part-time considered
n Location: Terrigal, Central Coast NSW

The Role

As our Salon Coordinator (Front of House Manager), you are the heartbeat of the salon floor.

You lead from the front — guiding the flow of the day, supporting the team, and ensuring every client experience reflects the Allure standard.

You are not behind the desk. You are in the space — present, aware, and leading in real time.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day flow of the salon floor and front of house
n
Manage bookings, rebooking, and client experience end-to‐end
n
Support and guide the team to stay on time, aligned, and performing
n
Maintain a premium, welcoming environment at all times
n
Oversee opening and closing procedures
n
Ensure clear, confident communication across the team
n

Proven leadership experience within salon, hospitality, or luxury service
n
Strong presence — calm, confident, and solutions‐focused
n
Highly organised with the ability to manage a fast‐paced environment
n
Experience with bookings, client communication, and problem resolution

High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership
