You will join a high-performing team working with
major private sector, government and institutional clients
on complex and commercially significant mandates.
About the role:
Working closely with leading planning and environment partners, you will advise on:
planning approvals and development strategy;




environmental regulation and compliance;
compulsory acquisition and land compensation;
major infrastructure and urban development;
energy transition and data centre projects; and
Land and Environment Court proceedings.
The work spans
major project delivery, strategic advisory and complex disputes
, giving you broad exposure across the full lifecycle of significant developments.
The ideal candidate:
3 - 4 years PQE
in planning, environment, or local government law.
Knowledge of NSW planning laws desirable.
Solid technical legal skills and drafting ability
Excellent communication and client management skill
Commercial judgement and confidence working on complex matters
