YOMG is looking for an organised and hands-on Prep Chef who can lead daily kitchen preparation and make sure the venue is ready for every service period. This role focuses on planning and completing high-quality food preparation in the right quantities and at the right time.
You will lead two or more team members during assigned preparation shifts, maintain recipe and food safety standards and use stock and forecast information to minimise shortages, waste and overproduction.
