The Role
n
You'll be responsible for:
n
n
Conducting Entry, Routine & Exit inspections professionally
n
Capturing detailed photos and condition notes
n
Recording spoken reports for Entry inspections (admin team transcribes)
n
Collecting & returning keys to agencies
n
Uploading reports daily from home
n
Managing travel between properties
n
Representing Property Assist with confidence and integrity
n
n
This is an independent field-based role — ideal for someone disciplined, organised, and proactive.
