Receptionist/Concierge

An exciting opportunity is available at Warrnambool Auto Group's Nissan, Chery & Kia Showroom for a customer focused Service Receptionist to join our friendly team.
n
As the successful candidate you are well presented, professional and proactive. You are an excellent communicator, display sound time management and organisational skills combined with a strong focus on exceptional customer service.
n
Responsibilities include;
n
n
Answering the inbound contacts in a timely manner
n
Processing repair orders, quotes, invoices, and payments
n
Resolving customer issues quickly and effectively, whilst maintaining a high standard of customer care
n
Sales and booking of service and repairs
n
n




The successful candidate will;
n
n
Display robust customer service skills, both in person and over the phone
n
Demonstrate well developed written and spoken communication skills
n
Work effectively in a small team environment
n
Hold a current, valid, Australian drivers license
n
Manage service parking
n
n
