We're looking for a qualified Electrical Tradesperson to join us in a hands-on role that combines workshop work, site installations, developing and mentoring apprentices. If you enjoy variety, take pride in your work, and want a role with long-term opportunities, we'd like to hear from you.

What's the Job?
n
You'll work alongside a great team of electricians and apprentices, building, wiring, testing and installing electrical equipment for our customers.
n
No two days are the same. One day you'll be in the workshop building and testing equipment, the next you could be out on site helping with installations and commissioning.
n
You'll also have the opportunity to share your knowledge and help develop the next generation of tradespeople.
n
Your Day-to-Day Work Will Include:
n
n
Building and assembling electrical products from drawings and work instructions
n
Wiring equipment to a high standard
n
Reading and interpreting electrical and mechanical drawings
n
Testing completed work and completing required paperwork
n
Maintaining a safe, organised and efficient workspace
n
n
Site Work
n
n
Installing and commissioning equipment on customer sites
n
Preparing tools, equipment and vehicles for site work
n




Working with customers and site personnel to ensure jobs run smoothly
n
Helping guide apprentices in safe and effective work practices
n
Checking and testing completed work
n
Sharing your trade knowledge and leading by example
n
n
Safety & Quality
n
n
Following safe work practices at all times
n
Ensuring work meets company and industry standards
n
Keeping tools, equipment and work areas clean, safe and fit for purpose
n
n
What You'll Bring
n
n
Current Australian Electrical Licence
n
Current Driver's Licence
n
White Card, CPR and LVR qualifications
n
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings
n
Strong focus on safety and quality workmanship
n
A positive attitude and team-first mindset
n
Experience working independently and solving problems on the job
n
Confidence working with and mentoring apprentices
n
Experience with switchboards and familiarity with AS/NZS **** and AS/NZS ***** will be highly regarded.
