We are seeking an enthusiastic
Training, People & Culture Coordinator
to join our team based at
Berrinba
.
This is a newly created role that will provide a great opportunity for an organised, motivated and people-focused individual who is looking to develop a career in Learning & Development, and People & Culture.
Key responsibilities include:
Support recruitment activities including advertising roles, screening applications and coordinating interviews
Revitalise our onboarding and induction processes to ensure current team members have a positive start
Support projects and continuous improvement initiatives including role profile and policy and procedure updates.
Assist with the facilitation and coordination of training and development programs across the business
Provide administrative support across the employee lifecycle, including employment changes and offboarding activities
Assist with Training, People and Culture communications across the workforce
Support employee engagement, recognition, wellbeing and culture initiatives




To be successful in this role it is essential that the applicant:
Has an energetic and proactive attitude, and is passionate about people and creating positive workplace experiences
Has excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
Has recently completed a qualification in Human Resources, Business or similar field
Previous Learning and Development or HR experience will be highly regarded
Is a confident communicator with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the business
Can manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Is eager to learn and develop a career in Training, Human Resources and People & Culture
