Our client is a boutique mortgage and finance brokerage with offices in Brisbane and on the Gold Coast, writing over $260 million per year across residential, commercial, business, medical, SMSF, credit, construction and private lending finance.

Off the back of continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Mortgage Broker to join their Brisbane office, based in the inner city.

The opportunity
n
This is a salaried position - not a contracting arrangement and not a book buy-in. Our client is looking for a broker who will build their career and their client relationships inside the business for the long term, with the security of a base salary behind them.
n
You will write new business across a genuinely diverse lending mix, backed by an offshore team that handles loan processing and settlements, so your time goes into clients rather than paperwork.

What you will bring

Minimum 3 years' experience as a mortgage or finance broker on a salaried basis
n
A strong, self-generated referral network and a proven ability to write current business
n
A holistic approach to client wealth rather than a transactional, deal-by-deal one
n
Based in Brisbane, or able to build and maintain relationships across the Brisbane market
n
