Wollert Secondary College is seeking a Positive Climate Learning Specialist to strengthen classroom climate, student behaviour and engagement. The role leads PCMS and SWPBS within the MTSS framework, providing coaching, modelling and qualified learning to build capacity across the teaching staff.

The successful candidate will deliver targeted supports, develop classroom management practices, and work with leaders to sustain high expectations and inclusive learning environments.
