As a Graduate Solicitor at Watkins Tapsell, you'll work alongside experienced lawyers on a diverse range of matters in Employment and Commercial Litigation. From your first day, you'll have the chance to be involved in real client matters and develop both your technical and pragmatic legal skills.

Work on commercial and contractual disputes

Handle employment and workplace relations matters

Assist with debt recovery and insolvency

Participate in court and tribunal proceedings

Support mediation and dispute resolution

Conduct legal research and drafting

About you

Recent graduate, completing your Practical Legal Training, or newly admitted
n
Has a genuine interest in employment law and commercial litigation

Communicates clearly and professionally

Takes pride in producing high-quality work

Organised, proactive and willing to learn
