About the Role: As a Team Leader, you will empower and guide a dedicated team, fostering a supportive and high-performing environment. Your leadership will drive excellence in service delivery, ensuring workers receive the tailored support they need for a smooth, timely, and sustainable return to work.

You'll also:

Provide leadership, mentoring, and strategic guidance to a team of rehabilitation professionals
n
Develop personalised rehabilitation plans supporting a whole-of-person approach to recovery
n
Complete a range of assessments, including Functional Capacity Evaluations, Workplace Assessments, and Vocational Assessments
n
Identify innovative return-to-work pathways aligned with recovery milestones
n




Apply clinical expertise and problem-solving to achieve sustainable return-to-work outcomes
n
Work closely with stakeholders, including clients, families, insurers, employers, and other healthcare professionals
n
Present case information and provide credible recommendations to drive best-practice rehabilitation outcomes
n

What You'll Need:
n
n
Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, or Rehabilitation Counselling
n
Full registration with AHPRA, ASORC, or ESSA (SIRA essential)
n
Previous leadership experience in occupational rehabilitation or related fields
n
Full Australian working rights
n
Current driver's license & comprehensively insured vehicle
n
