Glenvale Villas is seeking an experienced Care Co‐Ordinator to join our team in Toowoomba, Qld. This full‐time role will be pivotal in ensuring the delivery of exceptional care and support to our valued residents within our Supported Living Village.

Qualifications & experience
n
Relevant qualification in aged care, nursing or a related field
n
A Diploma qualification in aged care, nursing or related field is required
n
Extensive experience in a care co‐ordination or similar role within the aged are sector
n
Minimum of 3 - 4 years of experience in care co‐ordination with the aged care sector is required
n
Demonstrated leadership and people management skills
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with diverse stakeholders
n
Strong organisational and problem‐solving skills
n
A genuine passion for enhancing the lives of older adults
n
National Police Check
n




Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
n
Tasks & responsibilities
n
Co-ordinating and overseeing the provision of high-quality care services to our residents
n
Assessing residents' needs and developing personalised care plans
n
Liaising with healthcare professionals, families and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care
n
Managing and supervising a team of care staff to maintain consistent and compassionate care
n
Ensuring compliance with all relevant aged are regulation and internal policies
n
Monitoring and reporting on the quality of care delivered
n
Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance resident wellbeing
n
This Monday to Friday, Full‐Time position offers market-competitive salary
