About the Role

This contract role sits within the network and telecommunications function, with a strong focus on Cisco Unified Communications and Webex alongside broader networking, routing, and switching responsibilities. You'll work closely with network, infrastructure, and business teams to support and uplift enterprise communications and network infrastructure.

Duties / Key Responsibilities
n
n
Support and maintain Cisco networking infrastructure, including routing,



switching, and QoS
n
Manage and enhance Cisco UC and Webex voice and contact centre platforms in a cloud environment
n
Troubleshoot and resolve network and voice-related issues across the environment
n
Collaborate with stakeholders on system improvements, upgrades, and modernisation projects
n
Ensure performance, availability, and security across network and communications systems
n
n
Skills and Experience
n
n
Strong hands-on experience with Cisco networking (routing, switching, QoS, SIP)
n
Solid experience with Cisco UC and Webex, contact centre telephony (e.g. UCCX or similar)
n
Broad enterprise networking and telecoms background
n
Proven troubleshooting and support experience in enterprise environments
n
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
