Royal Rehabilitation Centre Sydney - Wallsend NSW is seeking a Career Coach for Breakthru to support people with disability, injury or health conditions into meaningful work.
You'll guide clients through job-readiness, build confidence, and partner with employers to create pathways to employment across NSW and QLD.
You'll meet KPIs, coordinate coaching and upskill opportunities while modelling inclusive, person-centred practice and solid stakeholder engagement.
