About the role: We are seeking a Procurement Operation Analyst to support a SAP Ariba data cleansing initiative. The role will focus on reviewing and remediating contract records to improve data quality, governance compliance and reporting accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
n

Review and validate contract records in SAP Ariba.
n
Ensure contract values align with approved Contract Approval Forms (CAFs).
n
Verify contract start and end dates against executed contracts.
n
Confirm CAFs and executed contracts are uploaded and attached to the correct contract records.
n
Identify, investigate and correct data quality issues, discrepancies and missing information.
n
Document contracts with missing CAFs, executed agreements, or other required documentation.
n
Maintain a register of all contract records amended during the remediation exercise, including details of changes made.
n




Provide regular progress updates and remediation status reporting.
n

Skills & Experience
n
n
Contract Administration, Procurement Operations or a similar role.
n
Basic understanding of procurement and contract management processes.
n
Experience with SAP Ariba or similar procurement systems is desirable.
n
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
n
Valuable Excel, analytical and communication skills.
n
Ability to review and understand contract documentation.
n
Ability to work independently and manage a high-volume workload.
