Job Description
DiroDi Electric Bikes is seeking a practical, technically minded person to diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues across our range of electric bikes.
This is a hands-on, workshop-and-field role, not a traditional call-centre position.
You'll investigate faults, troubleshoot bikes and components, and guide customers through diagnostic and repair steps, working closely with our team to resolve cases and improve documentation.
