Queensland Health's Hervey Bay Hospital invites applications for a Senior Social Worker in the Renal Unit. You will provide high-level psychosocial assessment, clinical intervention, advocacy and care coordination for renal patients and their families within a multidisciplinary team.
We seek an experienced, compassionate social worker with robust clinical and communication skills who can work autonomously and collaboratively, delivering impactful support in a beautiful Wide Bay setting.
