n We are seeking a specialist resource with hands-on experience in Microsoft Planner (Planner 5) to assist with the implementation and configuration of the tool across a portfolio of projects.n

Key Responsibilities

n Support and assist with the implementation and configuration of Microsoft Planner (Planner 5)n
n

n
n
n
n Analyse current implementation challenges and recommend practical solutionsn
n

n
n
n Configure Planner 5 to support portfolio-level reportingn
n
n
n
n
n
n Enable improved demand vs capacity management insightsn
n
n
n
n
n
n Work closely with PMO and business stakeholders to understand reporting requirementsn
n
n
n
n
n
n Provide guidance, documentation, and knowledge transfer to internal teamsn
n
n
n
n
n
n Ensure solutions align with Federal Government standards and governance requirementsn
n

Required Skills & Experience

n Proven experience implementing or supporting Microsoft Planner / Planner 5n
n

n
n
n Robust understanding of project portfolio reporting and planning toolsn
n

n
n Experience supporting demand and capacity management use casesn

n
n Ability to work independently and deliver hands-on implementation supportn

n
n Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsn
