TRUCK TECH is looking for an experienced Leading Hand to join our Chipping Norton workshop on day shift.
This is a hands-on role for someone who knows trucks, can support a team and knows how to keep a busy workshop moving.
You'll work closely with the Workshop and Branch Manager while being the go-to person for technicians on the floor.

What You'll Be Doing
Leading and supporting technicians on the workshop floor
Coordinating jobs and keeping workflow moving
Providing technical support and guidance
Getting on the tools when needed




Assisting with complex diagnostics and fault finding
Monitoring workmanship, productivity and safety
Supporting and developing apprentices and technicians
Communicating job progress and priorities with workshop management
Setting the standard for accountability, teamwork and quality
What We're Looking For
Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent
Strong heavy vehicle servicing, repair and diagnostic experience
Previous Leading Hand, Senior Technician, Foreman or supervisory experience preferred
Confident leading and supporting a team
