Working alongside the Head Chef, you will be hands-on in daily kitchen operations, maintaining uncompromising standards of quality, consistency, and food safety.
This is an exciting opportunity to get in at the ground level of a major new venue offering breakfast, all-day dining, and bespoke private events.
Key responsibilities
Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, service execution, and stock control
Ensure highest standards of food preparation, plating, and hygiene across all shifts
Lead, train, and inspire the kitchen brigade during service
Manage ordering, inventory rotation, and waste reduction
Contribute to menu refinement and execution of seasonal rotations
About you
Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior CDP looking to step up in a fast-paced, high-end kitchen environment
Strong background in contemporary/author cuisine,



fine dining, or premium all-day hospitality
A natural eye for detail, precision in plating, and respect for product quality
Relevant commercial cookery qualifications and valid Australian working rights
