Job Description
CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking a hands-on commercial manager to take ownership of a retail centre in Canberra.
You will manage full operational and financial performance, including P&L;, budgeting, tenant relationships, and a small in office team.
This role suits someone from finance, operations, or business management who can drive cost control and strong stakeholder reporting, with preference for a real estate licence.
CBRE will support licencing as needed.
