ForHealth Group in Narre Warren, VIC is seeking aregistered/enrollednurse to join a team-oriented team of nurses and GPs.
This casual role requires 2–3 shifts per week and offers patient‐focused care across general practice settings.
You will perform health assessments, vaccines administration, post vaccination monitoring, triage, assist with minor procedures, manage patient data, wound care, and provide health coaching to support patient goals.
