Job Description
Care Connect is seeking an experienced Clinical Governance & Quality Business Partner to strengthen safety, quality and compliance across our not-for-profit home care services.
Based at Abbotsford, the role supports leaders to drive improvements and uphold person-centred care with a solid governance culture.
You will partner with teams across Victoria, NSW and QLD to embed best practices, regulatory alignment and ongoing quality improvements while promoting care excellence and client outcomes.
