Richard Crookes Constructions (RCC) is hiring an IT Services Engineer to provide Level 2 desktop, endpoint and Up-to-date Workplace support across offices and sites.
You will troubleshoot Windows/M365 issues, manage access, and assist with device deployment and onboarding.
The role emphasizes proactive problem-solving, knowledge sharing, and a hands-on approach beyond the service desk.
Collaboration across RCC's construction sites is key.
