Job Description
Tilley Soaps Australia, based in Bayswater, Melbourne, is seeking an experienced Line Setter / Leading Hand for the Liquids Department.
You will support the Department Supervisor in day-to-day production, set up and monitor filling and labelling lines, and help drive efficient performance and safety across the team.
Key focus areas include reducing downtime, supervising staff on the line, and ensuring quality and safety procedures are followed in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
