Psychiatry - Registrar - Westmead Hospital
After-hours is required, will be pro-rata to their placement FTE.
Placements will be for vacancies across the Service, with a possibility to be rotated across units to address service needs.
Specific allocations will be discussed upon initial presentation of the candidate, any changes to allocations will be discussed with the candidate and the agency before progressing with the change.

NSW Hospital paperwork (LHD specific); NSW Health online training modules;immunisations/vaccinations; Primary Degree; Fellowship & CPD Certificate (if applicable); References; CRC; NSW WWCC; Indemnity; Medicare provider number; ID check; NSW declarations (e.g. Hep B; TB; Secondary Employment; Code of Conduct); Current AHPRA Registration
