Psych Connect is seeking compassionate, reliable Disability Support Workers to join our growing team.
You will provide person-centred support to NDIS participants, helping them achieve goals, build independence and participate meaningfully in their community.
The role covers children and adults aged approximately 5 to 60 years, including those with high support needs and complex behaviours.
Travel between participants and locations is required, with shifts typically 20 minutes to 1 hour apart.
