Makan is seeking a venue manager to own the guest experience end to end.
You will run day-to-day operations with full autonomy, reporting to the owner who is building a business and wants a manager to take genuine ownership.
With 3+ years of hospitality management, RSA and Food Safety Supervisor certification, you will lead a 7‐day lunch-and-dinner operation, drive revenue, manage costs, and develop a high‐performing team while ensuring compliance and quality standards.
