This is a hands-on role focused on accuracy, reliability, and teamwork. You'll be responsible for picking, packing, and replenishing stock to meet daily warehouse targets, while keeping safety and attention to detail front of mind.

Key responsibilities
n
Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
n
Replenish stock to shelves with correct rotation and labelling.
n
Assist in unloading containers and putting stock away.
n
Follow "Ways of Working" and safe work practices.
n
Maintain clean and tidy warehouse areas.
n
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve KPIs.
n

Reliability: punctual, consistent, and ready to work every day.
n
Attention to detail: ensuring stock is accurate, rotated, and correctly stored.
n
Ability to work well in a team workplace.
n
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
n
Previous warehouse or pick pack experience desirable but not essential.
