About the role:
As part of a large property management team, you'll manage a portfolio of 200 properties in the inner southeast suburbs & enjoy the following support:
Leasing, inspections, admin & marketing support
The latest Apps & technology
Frequent training
Monday - Friday only
2 days per week WFH
Plush offices
About you:
The successful candidate will have:
Proven property managment experience
Excellent grooming & presentation
Effective business English skills written & verbal
Agents Rep Certificate
Reliable motor vehicle
Stable work history
What's on offer:
Salary package commensurate with experience neg to $95K + super
Mon - Fri only - no weekends!
2 days per week WFH
