About the role
We have an exciting chance for a full-time position based in Beresfield, NSW ****.
As the first point of contact for our customers and suppliers, you will represent our business in a professional and friendly manner.
While prior experience is not essential, previous administration or customer service experience will be highly regarded.
Hours
Monday to Thursday: 7:00am – 4:00pm
Friday: 7:00am – 3:30pm
Key responsibilities
Greeting customers face to face, answering incoming phone calls and responding to email enquiries
Processing new and completed orders
Assisting with quotes
Outsourcing and ordering products through our suppliers
Identifying customer needs and providing suitable solutions from our comprehensive range of products and services
Performing general administrative tasks including invoicing, filing and scanning
Assisting with our social media and online presence
Coordinating with our tradesmen to ensure orders are progressing on schedule
About you

Proficient in Microsoft Office software and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and technologies
