Rate: Paid per the Nurses Award dependent on level of experience.

Experience: Experience in GP is preferable, but on job training will be provided for the right candidate.
n
Temporary Residence/ Permanent Residence sponsorship is available for the right candidate.

Must have a current unconditional registration with APHRA
n
Current immunisations certificate (or willing to complete training)
n
CPR certificate
n
Current working with children's check (WWC)
n
Good work ethic, organizational and time management skills
n
The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
n
Ability to work in a face paced setting
n
Responsibilities:
n
n
Patient liaison and answering phones when required
n
Triage of patients
n
Chronic disease management plans and health assessments
n




Operation of the recall and reminder system
n
Stock control and ordering
n
Cold chain management
n
Testing procedures – ECG and Spirometry
n
IV procedures – iron Infusions and venesections
n
Immunisations including childhood
n
Assisting with minor procedures
n
Maintenance of practice equipment
n
Support to general practitioners and other staff as required
n
